De-inking of recycles paper

This is a flotation cell for the de-inking of recycled papers. It is especially designed for evaluating the procedures, chemicals and processes required to handle the rapidly increasing use of recycled paper. The flotation de-inking cell provides ink removal efficiency similar to commercial scale units through precise control of injection flow and pressure. During flotation the air and dust are dropped tangentially into the reservoir. During the flotation time the rised printing ink foam is skimmed with a scraper.
