Twist tester electronic
The electronic twist meter is suitable to test twist on single, multiple, and open end yarn measure. Due to the built-in serial port the device can be connected to the computer. The software and cable are included. A manual and automatic model is available.
Twist tester hand operated
To determine yarn twist in single or plyed yarns, quadrant type for conventional or untwist/re-twist methods. Test length adjustable up to 50cm/20 inches for S & Z twist yarns.
Automated DTEX measurement
ACW 600 automatically determines the fineness (dtex) of filaments by weighing. Due to DVA (Denier Variation Accessory), the regularity of the yarn can also be tested.
Electronic wrap wheel
This wrap wheel is used to preset a length of yarn to wind. In this way one can determine the corresponding thread number. The standardradius is 1m, but other wheels are available. The included bobbin rack has 7 functions.
Manual Spin finish measurement
Due to cold extraction the concentration of spinfinish can be measured.
Automated Spin finish measurement
This device can test up to 28 samples without operator control. The Alfa 300 uses hot water as solvent. This saves money and time!
Shrinkage force
The TST-510 'Thermal Shrinkage Tester' determines the thermal shrinkage and/or the shrinkage force of yarn filaments. At the test , a specially designed oven heater avoids ambient influence.Up to 10 samples can be tested.
Yarn Sample Winder
This unit is suitable for wrapping cards with a maximum length of 320mm and a width of 95mm. The device can simultaneously test up to twelve different yarns.
Laboratory knitting machine
Due to its high precision, the circular knitting machine is suitable for laboratories. The knit allows a visual check to the evenness of the coating and the color affinity of the yarn. The specific needle density depends on the yarn count.
